Juicy Media Group (“JMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom website design and development, artificial intelligence solutions, automation, CRM implementation, digital marketing, website maintenance, hosting, consulting, and related professional services. Because many services involve custom work, dedicated resources, third-party costs, and work performed specifically for each client, refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the work performed.
01Implementation and Setup Fees
Implementation, onboarding, configuration, setup, and similar one-time fees are due upon acceptance of the applicable proposal, Service Order, or other agreement unless otherwise stated. These fees are earned as work is performed and are non-refundable to the extent earned, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in the applicable agreement.
02Custom Website and Project Deposits
For website design, development, automation, CRM, AI, and other custom projects that do not have a separate implementation fee, JMG generally requires a deposit before work begins.
- The standard deposit is 50% of the project fee.
- For eligible projects exceeding $5,000, an alternative deposit of 35% may apply only when expressly authorized by JMG.
- The remaining project balance is due within 30 days or before final handover, launch, transfer, or delivery, whichever occurs first.
Once work has begun, amounts paid are applied to work performed, project resources committed, and applicable costs incurred. Completed work and earned fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Any refund following cancellation will be determined based on amounts paid, work completed, milestones reached, and non-refundable or committed costs.
03Recurring Services and Subscriptions
Recurring services may include website maintenance, managed hosting, AI services, automation management, digital marketing, software-enabled services, and other ongoing services. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Service Order, recurring fees begin on the applicable Launch or Delivery Date and are billed in advance.
Recurring charges already earned or covering services already provided are generally non-refundable. If the applicable agreement does not establish a different term or cancellation requirement, recurring services continue month-to-month after launch and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation stops future billing in accordance with the applicable cancellation period but does not refund fees already earned.
04Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Costs
Hosting fees, domain registrations and renewals, software licenses, stock assets, media purchases, API usage, advertising expenditures, platform fees, and other prepaid or third-party costs may be due in advance. Once purchased, activated, committed, or incurred on a client's behalf, these charges are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and subject to the applicable third party's refund policies. JMG cannot guarantee refunds for amounts paid to third-party providers.
05Completed Work and Project Milestones
Fees attributable to completed services or completed project milestones are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. If a project is cancelled before completion, JMG may calculate the value of services performed through the effective cancellation date together with any non-refundable or committed project costs. Any remaining unearned amount eligible for refund will be determined after those amounts are accounted for.
06Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same transaction, contact JMG promptly. Verified billing errors or duplicate charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
07Cancellation by Juicy Media Group
If JMG terminates a service or project other than because of the client's breach, nonpayment, prohibited conduct, security risk, or another contractual basis for termination, JMG will account for fees earned, work performed, and non-refundable costs incurred through the effective termination date. Any prepaid amount remaining that has not been earned, performed, incurred, or committed will be refunded where applicable.
08Service Orders and Other Agreements
This policy provides JMG's general refund and cancellation terms. A proposal, Master Services Agreement, Service Order, Statement of Work, subscription agreement, checkout terms, or other written agreement may contain terms specific to a particular service or engagement. Where a specific written agreement contains different refund, payment, cancellation, or termination provisions, that agreement controls for the engagement.
09Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If you believe a JMG charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law or through your payment provider.
10How to Request a Cancellation or Refund Review
Requests for cancellation, billing corrections, or refund review must be submitted to Juicy Media Group in writing and should include enough information to identify the applicable account, project, subscription, or transaction. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund is due. Eligibility will be determined under this policy and any applicable written agreement.
11Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any consumer or contractual right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
