Where a separate signed or service agreement conflicts with these general website Terms regarding a specific project, the applicable project agreement governs that project to the extent stated in that agreement. These Terms do not reproduce, and are not a substitute for, any such agreement.

Any prices shown on the website as “starting at” are starting prices only. Custom projects require a scope determination, and a displayed starting price is not automatically a binding final quote. Website pricing may change at any time.

Payment arrangements for services are described in the applicable proposal, Service Order, subscription, checkout terms, or other agreement. These general Terms do not override the payment provisions contained in those applicable agreements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juicy Media Group and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses arising from your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another party's intellectual property or other rights, or content, materials, data, or instructions you provide to Juicy Media Group.

For clients receiving services under a Master Services Agreement, Service Order, Statement of Work, or other written agreement, the indemnification provisions of that agreement will govern the applicable engagement.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or your use of this website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Unless otherwise provided in an applicable Master Services Agreement, Service Order, Statement of Work, proposal, subscription agreement, or other written agreement between you and Juicy Media Group, any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of New York.

For client engagements governed by a separate written agreement with Juicy Media Group, the governing law, venue, dispute resolution, and related provisions contained in that agreement will control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the website after an update indicates your awareness of the current Terms.
