the person using it.

A client needed a new website. We built one for him on Vercel. He loved it — but being the creative that he is, he wanted to make a few changes himself. What he really wanted was control.

So we gave him access to his repo on GitHub, and told him to connect his ChatGPT to it and push whatever changes he wanted.

He came back. ChatGPT told him it couldn't update the site: although he had access to the repo, he didn't have access to Vercel. And we couldn't add him to Vercel — there are other projects there, and that's a risk we weren't willing to take.

So we built him his own Digital Creative Bot. Now he gets to create, change, and ship his own site — safely, on his own terms, without ever touching the shared stack.

The bot doesn't just take orders. It gives feedback and makes suggestions. It's a collaborative effort — a working partner for a creative, not a command line.

A system built around the person beats a tool that just uses AI. That's the whole point of purpose-built AI — it increases what a person can do, and keeps them in control of it.
